We purchase whole lands with our own capital and make you partners to lands with deeds already acquired.
We plan to start an exclusive development work when the size of the lands we collected in the Çavuşlu and Tohumlar regions of Çankaya reach a total of 3000 decares (3.000.000 m2) including the lands we aim to acquire from General Directorate of National Real Estate. (Due to total of 1000 pcs. of share allocation to members, it is considered that land size for each share will be about 2500~3000 m2 pre-development.)
We plan to initiate exclusive development work post-haste by making agreements with survey and urban-regional planning companies.
Our lands with development are increased in value (about 2~3 times the amount of current project participation price) and become ready to build residence against flat.
OWNING A RESIDENCE HOUSING AGAINST FLAT
Because of being a land cooperative, we earn the right to have a construction with higher precedent coefficients compared to the region.
Within the scope of the project, to have housing built against flat on our land with large scale and high development equal, we make agreements with construction companies of Turkey that are big and with brand value.
We make our partners homeowners from a luxury project with a high value in social terms and with social amenities including security, open and closed car park, pool, living and sports facilities.
We handover flat ownership residence deeds without any cost or fees, except the initial project contribution price.
